Ranger Eye patch

Before the advent of NVG’s (night vision goggles) and IR glint tape/strobes- Ranger eyes were used to identify who is a friend, and who is a foe.

This low-tech option is great as an identifier since most don’t have NVG’s. Great to identify you gear or bag in a dark room when you may need to bail out on a hurry. Or when your buddy is following you through the bush during low-light operations.
